By entering, you agree that your payment and contest registration must be completed before your recorded shot takes place. Each video submission must clearly show the full shot being taken from behind the tee markers on a tee box where the hole measures at least 125 yards. The video must clearly show the ball entering into the hole in order to receive a pay out.

To be eligible for a payout golfers must only submit videos on public golf courses within the United States of America. Par 3 holes with elevated greens or an unviewable flagstick would not qualify for payment because the video needs to show the ball ENTERING the hole.

If the participant who makes a hole in one is different than the participant who paid a group foursome entry fee, both participants must submit ID’s in order to collect the prize, however, the price will be awarded to the one who actually made the shot.

Any sign of editing, multiple takes, or other irregularities will result in disqualification. Hole in 1 Cash LLC reserves the right to withhold winnings if there is any suspected foul play, manipulation, or noncompliance with these rules. This contest is a skill-based event, and results depend solely on the participant’s ability. Participants assume all risks associated with participation and release Hole in 1 Cash LLC and its partners from any liability. All determinations of eligibility and authenticity are final. Entry fees are non-refundable, including cases of disqualification.

Hole in 1 Cash LLC reserves the right to post and distribute hole in one videos across all social media and internet based platforms for marketing purposes.
